Subset analysis of cells produced in cocultures. Data from experiments performed in Figures 3 (Expt A) and 4 (Expt B) are summarized. DCs were identified among nonadherent progeny as CD11c^loCD11b^hiMHC-II⁻ (MHC-II⁻ LTC-DC-like) or as CD11c^hiCD11b^loMHC-II⁺ (MHC-II⁺CD8α⁻ DC-like) cells. Cell production was compared at 13, 23, and 30 days in terms of cell yield or number of DCs produced (A), and percentage of DCs among total cells produced in cocultures (B).
