Effect of INCB16562 treatment on serum cytokine levels in hMPLW515L mice. Displayed are log₂ fold changes in serum cytokine levels in vehicle-treated hMPLW515L mice after 9 days of treatment compared with levels in normal BALB/c mice as well as serum cytokine levels in hMPLW515L in mice treated with 9 days of 60 mg/kg or 120 mg/kg INCB16562 relative to vehicle-treated mice. Treatment with INCB16562 led to a greater than 2 log₂–fold decrease in inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β, IL-9, IL-6, and TNF-α.
