Thrombus formation and platelet accumulation at sites of endothelial damage in hydrodynamically injected mice. A total of 10% ferric chloride was used to injure cremaster muscle arterioles (50-75 μm in diameter). The vessels were observed for 40 minutes, and fluorescence intensity was measured every 5 minutes as a measure of platelet accumulation.
