Survival and GVHD scores of animals receiving TCD BM alone or BM plus T cells from WT B6 or CCR7−/− B6 donors. (A-B) B6D2 recipients were lethally irradiated to 9.5 Gy (950 rads) on day −1, and then administered 3 × 106 TCD BM cells from WT B6 donors with or without 4 × 106 CD25-depleted whole (CD4+ and CD8+) splenic Tn cells from either WT B6 or CCR7−/− B6 donors on day 0 by tail vein injection.
