BM single Lin−CD122+NK1.1−DX5− NKPs have combined NK- and T-cell potential. Single BM Lin−CD122+NK1.1−DX5− NKPs were directly sorted into OP9DL1 stroma layers and cultured with KL, IL-7 (first week), FL, IL-2, and IL-15. After 14 and 21 days, clones were harvested and analyzed by FACS. ToPro was used to eliminate dead cells.
