Activated LTR-Tax CD4⁺ T cells express cytokines characteristic of multiple CD4⁺ subtypes. LTR-Tax and control CD4⁺ T cells were stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28, as in Figure 1, and supernatants collected at 24 hours (left panel) or 72 hours (right panel) and assayed for the indicated cytokines by multiplexed bead-based immunoassay and Luminex technology (concentration units: pg/mL).
