Comparison of trafficking and proliferation of luciferase transgenic naive and memory CD8⁺ T cells after transplantation with nontransgenic TCD BM. BALB/c hosts were lethally irradiated, received 500 BCL₁ lymphoma cells, and then were injected with 2 × 10⁶ C57BL/6 (H-2^b) wild-type TCD BM cells with 0.5 × 10⁶ naive or memory phenotype CD8⁺ T cells from B6-L2G85 (H-2^b)luc⁺ mice.
