Identification of AES targets of repression. (A) AES-overexpressing CD34⁺ progenitor cells were analyzed by chromatin immunoprecipitation assay. Preimmune serum and serum against AES were used. The binding of AES to the known target promoter of c-myc was verified by PCR in vivo. (B) Whole genome microarray analyses of AES-overexpressing CD34⁺ cells and control cells.
