Hepatotoxicity in livers of hepatocyte-deleted Mfrn1 animals fed ALA. ALA was added to the drinking water of mice of the noted genotypes (Mfrn1^+/+, Mfrn1^flox/+, and Alb-Cre;Mfrn1^flox/−).
