Analysis of differential gene expression profiling between GFP- and MLL-AF4–expressing CD34⁺ HSPCs. Changes (fold ≥ 1.5) in gene expression in MLL-AF4–transduced CD34⁺ HSPCs compared with GFP-transduced CD34⁺ HSPCs were assessed by quantitative PCR arrays. Graphs show fold regulation of antiapoptotic genes (A) and proapoptotic genes (B). Supplemental Table 1 contains a list of all genes analyzed and annotations from the literature supporting the antiapoptotic or proapoptotic function for each gene.
