Anti–β3 integrin antibodies were detected at very low levels in sera from the mice after 3 pregnancies (thin line) compared with those from mice before breeding (filled area) by a flow cytometric assay. (B) Western blot of platelet antigens with a 1:1000 dilution of sera from the naive β3-/- mice. β3 integrin was recognized by both the control antibody sc-6627 (data not shown) and the antisera from the naive β3-/- mice after 3 pregnancies.
