NP uptake and binding was studied by incubating immature human monocyte–derived DCs with 100 μg/mL of targeted (NP-DC-SIGN-TLRL) and nontargeted (NP-Isotype-TLRL) NPs carrying TLRLs and a fluorescent dye.
