Inhibition of plasminogen binding by anti–Plg-R_KT mAb 7H1. A peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human Plg-R_KT with a C-terminal lysine added at the N-terminus, CEQSRFFIDK, was coated onto wells of microtiter plates. Either anti–Plg-R_KT mAb 7H1 (♦) or isotype control (■) was added. Biotinylated plasminogen was then added, followed by detection with streptavidin-HRP goat anti–mouse IgG. Total biotinylated plasminogen binding is shown.
