Panobinostat and decitabine affect the expression of distinct sets of genes in DLBCL cell lines. Gene-expression profiling of DLBCL cell lines 48 hours after treatment with decitabine, panobinostat, and the combination of both drugs was performed using Illumina HT-12 arrays.
