(B) NRP-1 was predominantly localized in Rab5 and Rab11 vesicles, with a minor population in Rab4 vesicles in cells expressing NRP-1 only (arrows). (C) In cells coexpressing VEGFR-2 and NRP-1, a fraction of VEGFR-2 and NRP-1 colocalized in Rab5 and Rab4 vesicles (Figure 1C arrows, quantified in Figure 1D) whereas the individual receptors were found in Rab4 and Rab11 vesicles, respectively (Figure 1C, quantified in Figure 1E-F).
