The figure presents a summary of apoptotic rate of MLL/AF4-positive ALL cell lines (SEM and RS4;11). Both MLL/AF4-positive ALL cell lines were significantly induced to undergo apoptosis by 10 ng/mL IL24 (SEM, P = .001; RS4;11, P < .001). (B) WB of lysate of MLL/AF4-positive cell lines under IL24. WB analysis showed that IL24 induced down-regulation of HOXA9 and up-regulation of MEIS1 and Bip followed by up-regulation of cleaved caspase 8 and cleaved caspase 3 although it did not influence p53, acetyl p53, or S100A6 expression.
