In total, 16 RIC controls and 19 RICAZA patients were analyzed at similar time points after transplantation. For the RICAZA patients, samples were collected at cycle 1 before treatment. A significant increase in the number per liter of CD4+CD25+CD127loFoxP3+ Tregs at cycle 3 was observed in AZA-treated patients (n = 17) compared with the control population (n = 11; P = .0127, Mann-Whitney t test).
