(A) BM-DCs in culture for 6 days from Rras^+/+ (n = 3) and Rras^−/− mice (n = 3) in 129Sv strain were treated without (opened areas) or with (shaded areas) LPS (0.1 μg/mL) for 12 hours. Maturation markers were plotted as histograms on CD11c⁺ gated cells. MFI values are quantified in the bottom panels. Bars represent SE. ***P < .0005. *P < .05.
