RE;c-Kit^D814V and RE;c-Kit^{T417IΔ418-419} blasts are malignant in secondary recipients. Whole BM from moribund primary animals (RE;c-Kit^D814V, n = 4; RE;c-Kit^{T417IΔ418-419}, n = 5) was transplanted at various doses (5 × 10⁴ to 1 × 10⁶ cells) into lethally (9 Gy) irradiated secondary hosts.
