Human BDCA1⁺ DCs and MoDCs express MR, CD40, and DEC205. Donor-matched BDCA1⁺ DCs or MoDCs were washed and incubated with (A) anti-MR, (B) anti-CD40, or (C) anti-DEC205 antibodies for 25 minutes at 4°C. DCs were washed, fixed, and analyzed by flow cytometry. Histograms show 1 representative of 10 independent donors.
