(A) Schematic illustration of our previous SILAC study (Zhong et al33) which identified tyrosine phosphorylation sites induced by TSLP.33 (B) The same SILAC approach was used to identify tyrosine phosphorylation sites regulated by CRLF2 in the presence of JAK2 R683G in Ba/F3 cells. IL3 was withdrawn for 6 hours and lysates were mixed, subjected to phosphotyrosine enrichment and the enriched phosphopeptides were analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
