Berbamine inhibits the growth of TKI-resistant CML cells and primary CML cells in immunocompromised mice. BBM or imatinib was administered at 100 mg/kg body weight orally 3 times daily for 10 consecutive days, 24 hours after the subcutaneous injection of 2 × 107 TKI-resistant K562 cells or primary CML cells.
