Basophils increase the proportion of IL-17⁺/IFN-γ⁺ and IL-17⁺/IFN-γ⁻ but not IL-17⁻/ IFN-γ⁺ cells in T_EM and T_CM. T_EM and T_CM cells were cultured with or without basophils in the presence of IL-33. T_EM were stimulated by IL-2 (A) and T_CM were stimulated by anti-CD3/28–coated beads (B).
