FLT3 N676K but not FLT3-ITD N676K is sensitive to AC220 and PKC412. Ba/F3 cells expressing indicated FLT3 variants were seeded at a density of 4 × 104 cells per mL and counted by trypan blue exclusion after 72 hours. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
