Effects of THD on proliferative responses of MSCs. The effects of THD on proliferative responses of MSCs were assayed using the Cell Counting Kit-8, cell-cycle, and apoptosis assays. The MSCs (control) represent MSCs from healthy controls. The THD-MSCs (control) represent the THD-modulated MSCs from controls. The MSCs (ITP) represent the MSCs from ITP patients without THD modulation. The THD-MSCs (ITP) represent the THD-modulated MSCs from ITP patients. (A) Administration of THD in concentration gradients between 0.1 μg/mL and 10 μg/mL stimulated the proliferation of MSCs (ITP) in a dose-dependent manner.
