Modeling anti-C2 domain antibodies onto the x-ray crystal structure of full-length FVIII. Superposition of each C2 domain from the C2/3E6/G99 ternary structure, the C2/BO2C11 binary structure, and the full-length B domain-deleted fVIII crystal structure (pdb# 2R7E) indicated no steric overlap between any F_AB fragments and the remaining structure of fVIII.
