αIIbβ3 co-localization with talin and kindlin-3 in ADAP+/+ and ADAP−/− mouse platelets. ADAP+/+ and ADAP−/− mouse platelets stimulated with AYPGKF and processed as in Figure 2 were stained for αIIbβ3 and talin (A-C) or αIIbβ3 and kindlin-3 (D), detected by Alexa-conjugated anti-mouse and anti-rabbit secondary antibodies, respectively. Eight 0.1-μm confocal optical slices were imaged starting at the coverslip and a reconstructed 3-dimensional opacity image was obtained using Volocity software.
