Effect of anti-vimentin antibody on flow-dependent platelet adhesion to A1A2A3 protein. Whole blood from human or mice expressing human (h)GPIbα in platelets was mixed with sheep IgG molecule (negative control) or sheep anti-vim antibody (100 μg/mL) and perfused over a surface coated with WT A1A2A3 protein at a shear rate of 1500 seconds−1.
