ChIP assay on KLF13 to BCL2 signaling pathway. ChIP was performed using spleen-harvested cells from ALL-engrafted mice treated with dexamethasone 15 mg/kg or vehicle control for 8 hours. The data for each point were generated with samples from 3 randomized ALL-engrafted mice. Time course ChIP study was performed with 3 independent experiments in vitro.
