Figure 6. Ezh1 was essential for the maintenance of Ezh2 insufficient hematopoiesis. (A) The failure of Ezh1−/−Ezh2Δ/Δ hematopoietic cells to maintain hematopoiesis. BM cells from Cre-ERT and Cre-ERT;Ezh1−/−Ezh2fl/fl mice were transplanted into lethally irradiated recipient mice without rescue BM cells, and Ezh2 was then deleted by injecting tamoxifen at 6 weeks posttransplantation. Following tamoxifen injection, the recipient mice were fed with a tamoxifen diet (400 mg of tamoxifen citrate per kg diet) for 10 days.
