Antitumor effects of cord blood T cells are mediated through alloreactivity. (A) Tumor regression was observed in mice receiving allogeneic CB T cells. Tumor size in mice receiving autologous CB T cells exceeded 10 mm, and hence these mice were euthanized. This observation suggests that antitumor effects against B-cell lymphoma are an allo-reactive effect and not an EBV-specific response.
