MAF protein abrogated PI-induced activation of caspases, PARP, and lamin A/C. 8226/shMAF and shCon (A-B) or XG1^OeMaf and XG1^EV (C-D) cells were treated with serial concentrations of Bzb (A,C) or CFZ (B,D) for 16 hours. Cell lysates were resolved in 4% to 12% SDS-PAGE. Full-length (FL) and CFs of each indicated protein were determined by IBA using antibodies specifically recognizing FL and CFs of caspases-3, -6, -7, -8, and -9, as well as PARP and lamin A/C.
