The expression profile of Gata2-knockout DC progenitors. (A) CMPs from Gata2^f/f/ER-Cre mice were cocultured with BM cells from SJL (CD45.1⁺) mice in the presence of FLT3-L (200 ng/mL) with or without tamoxifen. Total mRNA extracted from CD45.2⁺ cells sorted on day 3 was used for microarray analysis. Genes exhibiting fivefold increases in activation or repression following Gata2 knockout are shown (Gata2 knockout DC progenitors, n = 3; WT DC progenitors, n = 4).
