Anti–podoplanin antibody decreases size of thrombi in murine DVT. WT mice were injected with neutralizing anti–podoplanin antibody (clone 8.1.1) 24 hours (100 μg per mouse) and 30 minutes (50 μg per mouse) prior to surgery and then subjected to IVC stenosis for 48 hours.
