SCL-containing multiprotein complexes in hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis. The quaternary complex (SCL:E-protein:LMO2:LDB1) interacts with members of the GATA, ETS, and RUNX families throughout hematopoietic development and in leukemogenesis.
