LT-HSCs or ST-HSCs and MPPs from control or Cbl^Q367P mice (Ly5.2⁺) were transplanted into irradiated syngeneic mice (Ly5.1⁺) with competitor BM mononuclear cells (Ly5.1⁺), and Ly5.2⁺ cells in the recipient mice were analyzed.
