GO enrichment analysis for protein involvement in cellular processes. The 7 clusters from Figure 4 were subjected to GO enrichment analysis. After correction for multiple testing, 4 clusters revealed significant GO enrichments, which are plotted based on semantic similarities (ie, similar terms grouped together). Colors indicate false-discovery rate P values for each term, and the size indicates how general a term is, with a smaller size for a more specific term.
