Tetramer analysis of the TCR-T cells at pre- and posttransfer times in peripheral blood. (A) PBMCs collected from 2 patients in cohort 1 (2 × 10⁸ cells per infusion), before and after transfer of the TCR-T cells. CD8⁺ T cells were selected, stimulated in vitro with WT1 peptide, and assayed for tetramers of WT1 peptide/HLA-A*24:02. (B) PBMCs collected from 2 patients in cohort 2 (1 × 10⁹ cells per infusion), before and after transfer of the TCR-T cells. (C) PBMCs collected from 2 patients who were allocated to cohort 2 (1 × 10⁹ cells per infusion) and whose cells failed to proliferate to the target T-cell number, before and after transfer of the TCR-T cells.
