Figure 6. DAC treatment upregulates NK-inducing ligands on THP-1 cells in vivo. (A-B) THP-1–bearing mice were treated with DAC (1.25 mg/m2) for 5 consecutive days. One week after the start of treatment, mice were euthanized and bone marrow cells were isolated for ex vivo analysis of THP-1 cells.
