Role of fibronectin in LPS priming of PMN. Effect of rabbit antibody to fibronectin on LPS priming of adult plasma is shown. Antiserum from rabbits was mixed with adult plasma (n = 3) before it was used in combination with LPS to prime adult PMN. In these and subsequent experiments lucigenin, which is more sensitive than luminol as a CL indicator, was used. PMN were triggered with fMLP.
