Representative Northern blot probed with γ-glutamyl carboxylase cDNA show mRNA present in 8 human tissues. The probe was prepared by random priming from the carboxylase cDNA. Hybridization was with Clontech's ExpressHyb solution according to the manufacturer's protocol. The results were imaged with Molecular Dynamics Storm 840 Phosphorimager and quantitation was achieved with ImageQuant software.
