Estimated probability of engraftment to WBC count of 1,000/μL for patients with 3-Ag rejection mismatch (n = 24) and those with less than 3-Ag rejection mismatch (n = 48). Delayed engraftment and lower probability of engraftment by 32 days occurred in the 3-Ag mismatched group (P = .002) in which the median time to engraftment was 25 days versus 18 days in the less than 3-Ag mismatched group.
