Each T-cell clone (5 × 104 cells) was cultured with auto CD34+ cells or LCL cells (2 × 104 cells) for 20 hours in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% human AB serum and 100 IU/mL of IL2. IFN-γ concentrations in the culture supernatant (mean ± SE) were determined from duplicate cultures.
