Effects of the tyrosine kinase inhibitor genistein on egr-1 and c-fos promoter activities in BA/FGMR cells. (A) egr600CAT and c-fos-luciferase plasmids were transfected into BA/FGMR cells and the indicated concentrations of genistein were added to cells 30 minutes before stimulation. hGM-CSF=ninduced CAT activities (▨) and luciferase activities (;bb) were analyzed as described in the Materials and Methods.
