The ability of DC-stimulated T cells to lyse autologous leukemic cells, MHC-matched normal cells, and K562 cells was measured as described in Fig 5. The results shown are the mean ± SEM of four patient-donor pairs. The difference in cytoxicity between CML cells (+) and normal cells (○), K562 cells (▴), or a 1:1 mixture of K562 cells and normal cells (▿) is significant (P ≤ .005, Student's paired t-test).
