Cytotoxic activity of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ DC-stimulated T cells against autologous CML targets. CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells were obtained by immunomagnetic depletion of the corresponding fraction with monoclonal anti-CD4 and anti-CD8 antibodies and tested in vitro for cytotoxic activity against autologous CML target cells.
