(A) Immunohistochemical analysis of hGATA-1 expression in four cell lines (UT7/Epo [a], Jurkat [b], Hep3B [c], and HepG₂ [d]). hGATA-1 was abundantly expressed within the nucleus of UT7/Epo (a), whereas expression was not detected in control cells (Jurkat [b]). Hep3B (c) and HepG₂ (d) showed undetectable staining.
