Detection was carried out using peroxidase-labeled rabbit anti-vWF Igs. These antibodies were detected by incubation with diamino-benzidine-tetrahydrochloride: lane 1, WT-vWF; lane 2, R543Q-vWF; lane 3, R543W-vWF.
