Dose-dependent effect of various concentrations of either rhIFN-γ or rhIL-12 p70 on IL-12 p40 (A), p70 (B), and IFN-γ (C) release into LPS-stimulated (1 ng/mL) whole blood obtained from either healthy individuals (○) (n = 3) or critically ill patients (•) (n = 3).
