Neutrophils from normal donor (A, C, and E) and CGD patients (B, D, and F ) were pretreated with 1 mmol/L of DHR123 for 5 minutes and then cultured with medium alone (A and B) or 1 mg/mL of catalase (C and D) or 100 ng/mL of anti-Fas MoAb (E and F ). After 3 hours in culture, the cells were washed and the fluorescent intensity was examined by Cytoron Absolutes flowcytometer (Ortho Diagnostic System).
